Abstract

Jalan Pabringan yang berada di sisi selatan Pasar Bringharjo menjadi jalan yang sangat padat dan terkesan semrawut dikarenakan banyaknya kendaraan yang parkir dan melintas dijalan tersebut. Jalan Pabringan memiliki lebar 5meter , dan diberlakukan satu arah ke jalan Malioboro , namum pada kenyataannya banyak kendaraan yang melanggar aturan ini dan banyaknya kendaraan yang parkir di sepanjang jalan Pabringan ini , mejadikan lebar jalan efektif menjadi sempit ditambah dengan banyaknya pedagang kaki Ii.ma yang berjualan di trotoar, dan badan jalan, sehingga menimbulkan kermacetan yang panjang, terutama di musim liburan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan survey untuk mendapatkan data primer. Setelah itu, data dianalisis berdasarkan MKJI (Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia) 1997. Dari basil survey jalan Pabringan memiliki volume pada jam puncak pagi sebesar 792,1 smp/jam, pada jam puncak sore sebesar 979,3 smp/jam, pada jam puncak malam sebesar 1103,3 smp/jam .Sedangkan hasiJ perhitungan kapasitas jalan diperoleh jumJah kapasitas maksimum sebesar 1185,52 smp/jam.

Terjadinya kecepatan di jalan Pabringan, penurunan kecepatan adalah sebesar 43,52%, dari kecepatan arus rencana ( FY= 23,72 km/jam < 0,75. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh tingkat pelayanan jam puncak pagi dengan kategori nilai kategori C yaitu arus stabil, kepadatan lalu lintas meningkat dan hambatan internal juga meningkat. Pada jam puncak sore diperoleh tingkat pelayanan dengan kategori D, yaitu Arus
mendekati tidak stabil , volume lalu Lintas tinggi, kecepatan masih di tolerir namun sangat dipengaruhi oleh perubahan kondisi arus laJu lintas. Kepadatan laJu lintas
sedang, fluktuasi volume lalu lintas dan hambatan lalu lintas internal clan hambatan temporer dapat menyebabkan penurunan kecepatan yang besar. Sedangkan pada jam puncak malam diperoleh tingkat pelayanan dengan kategori nilai E yang berarti kecepatan lalu lintas sangat rendah karena hambatan interval lalu lintas tinggi, pengemudi mulai merasakan kemacetan- kemacetan durasi pendek

Pabringan road, which is on the south side of Bringharjo Market, is a very busy road and seems chaotic due to the large number of vehicles parked and passing on the road. Jalan Pabringan bas a width of 5 meters, and is enforced in one direction to Jalan Malioboro, but in reality many vehicles violate this rule and many vehicles are parked along Jalan Pabringan, making the effective width of the road narrow, coupled with the large number of street vendors selling on the sidewalk. , and roads, causing long traffic jams, especially during the holiday season. The research
method was carried out by survey to obtain primary data. After that, the data was analyzed based on MKJ1 (Indonesian Road Capacity Manual) 1997. From the survey results, the Pabraringan road has a volume at morning peak hours of 792.1
pcu/hour, at afternoon peak hours it is 979.3 pcu/hour, at evening peak hours it is 1103.3 pcu/hour. Meanwhile, the results of road capacity calcuJations show that the
number maximum capacity of 1185.52 pcu/hour.

When speeding occurs on the Pabraringan road, the speed decrease is 43.52%. , from the planned flow speed
(FV= 23.72 km/hour< 0.75. From the results of the analysis it is obtained that the level of service at the morning peak hour is in category C, namely stable flow, increased traffic density and internal barriers also increased. At peak hours in the afternoon, the service level was obtained in category D, namely the flow was approaching unstable, the traffic volume was high, the speed was still tolerable but was greatly influenced by changes in traffic flow conditions, traffic volume fluctuations and internal traffic obstacles and temporary obstacles can cause a large decrease in speed. Meanwhile, at night peak hours, the service level is obtained in the E category, which means that traffic speed is very low due to high traffic interval obstacles. Drivers begin to experience short-duration traffic jams.
