Abstract
Penurunan permukaan tanah pesisir utara Jawa dan kenaikan air laut akibat pemanasan global mengakibatkan daerah tersebut rentan terkena banjir rob. Hal tersebut menjadi ancaman terhadap pemukiman dan perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam menangani
permasalahan tersebut dibangunlah suatu jalan bebas hambatan (Tol) sekaligus sebagai tanggul laut. Dikarenakan lokasi tol berada pada muara sungai maka perlu dilakukan pengendalian air dari sungai berupa kolam retensi dilengkapi dengan rumah pompa. Proses perencanaan konstruksi rumah pompa di Terboyo dilakukan dengan peninjauan berbagai aspek teknis seperti perencanaan struktur pondasi yang kokoh terhadap gaya aksial maupun lateral. Penyusunan laporan ini dimaksudkan guna
mengetahui tahanan lateral tiang berdasarkan metode Broms (1964), pemodelan program Allpile versi 7.3B, dan hasil uji statis tiang. Analisis berdasarkan metode Broms mengasumsikan karakteristik lapisan tanah seragam baik pada tanah kohesif maupun granular. Terdapat 2 (dua) pendekatan penyelesaian yaitu menggunakan persamaan - persamaan maupun ploting pada grafik. Sedangkan pada Allpile perlu dimodelkan spesifikasi tiang, pembebanan tiang, pemodelan karakteristik tanah, dan parameter lainnya. Hasil analisis tahanan lateral tiang pancang CSP 60 cm pada proyek Pembangunan Rumah Pompa di Terboyo (Semarang) menggunakan metode Broms (1964) didapatkan daya dukung lateral ultimit sebesar 12,429 kN (defleksi 12 mm) dan 25,895 kN (defleksi 25 mm) pada titik DB -2. Sedangkan pada titik BM -11 didapatkan tahanan lateral ultimit sebesar 54,587 kN (defleksi 12 mm) dan 113,721 kN (defleksi 25 mm). Untuk hasil pemodelan pada
program Allpile, didasarkan pada besarnya defleksi maksimum 25 mm, gaya geser yang mampu ditopang adalah sebesar 338,945 kN (DB -2) dan 352,065 kN (BM -11). Sedangkan hasil uji statis tiang menunjukan bahwa gaya geser maksimum yang mampu ditopang oleh tiang dengan defleksi maksimum 25 mm adalah sebesar 218,674 kN.

The decline in the land surface of the north coast of Java and rising sea levels due to global warming have made the area vulnerable to tidal floods. This poses a threat to settlements and the economy of local communities. As an effort by the government to deal with this problem, a freeway (toll) was built as well as a sea embankment. Because the location of the toll road is at the mouth of a river, it is necessary to control water from the river in the form of a retention pond equipped with a pump house. The construction planning process for the pump house in Terboyo was carried out by reviewing various technical aspects such as planning a foundation structure that was sturdy against
axial and lateral forces. The preparation of this report is intended to determine the lateral resistance of piles based on the Broms (1964) method, the modeling program Allpile version 7.3B, and the results of static tests of piles. Analysis based on the Broms method assumes uniform soil layer characteristics in both cohesive and granular soils. There are 2 (two) solutions approaches, namely using equations or plotting on graphs. Meanwhile, in Allpile, pile specifications, pile loading, modeling of soil characteristics and other parameters need to be modeled. The results of the analysis of the lateral resistance of 60 cm CSP piles on the Pump House Construction project in Terboyo
(Semarang) using the Broms method (1964) showed that the ultimate lateral bearing capacity was 12,429 kN (12 mm deflection) and 25,895 kN (25 mm deflection) at the DB -2 point. Meanwhile, at point BM -11, the ultimate lateral resistance was found to be 54,587 kN (deflection 12 mm) and
113,721 kN (deflection 25 mm). For modeling results in the Allpile program, based on a maximum deflection of 25 mm, the shear force that can be supported is 338,945 kN (DB -2) and 352,065 kN (BM -11). Meanwhile, the static test results of the pile show that the maximum shear force that can be supported by the pile with a maximum deflection of 25 mm is 218.674 kN.
