The control indicator is that there is no security when accessing the moka application because the business owner does not require every employee to have an id or account to access the moka application so that if there are irresponsible parties, it is easy to access the moka application because there is no security to access the moka application. The service indicator has errors caused by human error such as the employee incorrectly inputting the product ordered so that the customer requests a purchase refund at the time of the sales transaction, the output produced by the Moka application is inaccurate because the amount of money earned does not match the nominal amount in the Moka application.
