MODEL SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN (SIM) ASET PADA PERUMDA AIR MINUM TIRTA MOEDAL KOTA SEMARANG

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sistem managemen aset yang telah berjalan, menganalisis rancangan SIM Aset, menganalisis implementasi replika dari SIM Aset yang telah dibuat pada sistem managemen Bagian Perlengkapan Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, data-data sekunder, kajian pustaka. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Fungsi management, Pengembangan SIM Aset Metode Waterfall, dan Pengukuran Efektifitas Sistem Informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem managemen aset yang berjalan di Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal masih manual. Proses perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Aset dimulai dengan identifikasi sistem pengelolaan aset yang berjalan saat ini dan membuat sistem baru yang diusulkan. Selanjutnya dari sistem usulan tersebut dirancang DFD (Data Flow Diagram) serta ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan juga desain antarmuka sistem informasi tersebut. Dari tahap perancangan tersebut kemudian dihasilkan sebuah Sistem Informasi berbasis website untuk mengelola aset di Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Semarang. Selanjutnya dilakukan verifikasi dan validasi untuk mengetahui kesesuaian rancangan sistem dengan hasil akhir SIMA yang telah dibuat. Terdapat tingkat efektifitas dan kemanfaatan yang tinggi pada pengimplementasian replika SIM Aset.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the aset management system that has been running. to analyze the design of the Aset SIM, to analyze the implementation of the replica of the Aset SIM that has been made in the management system of the Tirta Moedal Drinking Water Perumda Equipment Management System, Semarang. This study uses a qualitative method. Data was collected by using interview techniques, observation, secondary data, and literature review. The analysis used is the management function, the development of the waterfall method aset SIM, and the measurement of the effectiveness of the information system. The results of this study indicate that the aset management system that is running at Perumda Air Drinking Tirta Moedal is still manual. The process of designing an Aset Management Information System (MIS) begins with the identification of the current aset management system and the creation of a proposed new system. Furthermore, from the proposed system, DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) are designed as well as the information system interface design. From the design stage, a website-based information system was then produced to manage asets at the Tirta Moedal Water Company Perumda Semarang. Furthermore, verification and validation are carried out to determine the suitability of the system design with the final result of SIMA that has been made. There is a high level of effectiveness and usefulness in the implementation of the Aset SIM replica.
