Abstract
ABSTRAK
Ruas Jalan Mantingan – Batas Kota Ngawi merupakan jalan nasional yang menghubungkan Kabupaten Sragen di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan Kabupaten Ngawi di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dalam upaya memperbaiki kondisi ruas jalan Mantingan – Batas Kota Ngawi, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kerusakan jalan
yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jenis dan tingkat kerusakan jalan, mengetahui nilai urutan prioritas jalan sebagai acuan penanganan, dan tebal perkerasan yang direncanakan sesuai dengan metode Bina Marga Berdasarkan hasil
dari pembahasan diperoleh kondisi kerusakan jalan 10,86% kerusakan berdasarkan luas permukaan, dimana didominasi kerusakan retak buaya sebesar 10,04%, Penilaian terhadap nilai Truck Factor (TF) 1,28 > 1, dimana kerusakan diakibatkan
oleh beban kendaraan berlebih, Nilai CBR 6,74% dimana kualitas tanah dasar sudah baik, nilai urutan prioritas jalan diperoleh nilai rentan 4 - 6 masuk kedalam kategori program pemeliharaan berkala, serta analisa tebal perkerasan lapisan permukaan
menggunakan 2 lapis perkerasan lentur dengan metode perbaikan overlay yaitu umur rencana 5 tahun direncanakan 2 lapis yaitu Laston AC-WC dengan tebal 4 cm dan Laston AC-BC tebal 6 cm, sedangkan untuk umur rencana 15 tahun direncanakan 2 lapis yaitu Laston AC-WC dengan tebal 4 cm dan Laston AC-BC tebal 8 cm.

ABSTRACT
Mantingan – Ngawi City Border Road is a national road that connects Sragen Regency in Central Java Province with Ngawi Regency in East Java Province. In an effort to improve the condition of the Mantingan – Ngawi City Border road section, it is necessary to evaluate the road damage that occurs. This study aims to determine the type and level of road damage, determine the priority order value of the road as a reference for handling, and the thickness of the planned pavement according to the Bina Marga method. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, the condition of road damage was 10.86% damage based on surface area, which was dominated by crocodile crack damage of 10.04%, Assessment of the Truck Factor (TF) value of 1.28 > 1, where the damage was caused by excessive vehicle loads, CBR value of 6.74% where the quality of the subgrade was good, the priority order value of the road obtained a vulnerable value of 4 - 6 included in the category
of periodic maintenance programs, and analysis of the thickness of the surface layer pavement using 2 layers of flexible pavement with the overlay repair method, namely the planned life of 5 years planned 2 layers, namely Laston AC-WC with a
thickness of 4 cm and Laston AC-BC with a thickness of 6 cm, while for the planned life of 15 years planned 2 layers, namely Laston AC-WC with a thickness of 4 cm and Laston AC-BC with a thickness of 8 cm.
