Abstract

ABSTRAK

Stasiun Ngrombo yang terletak di Kecamatan Tawangharjo, Kabupaten Grobogan, mengalami peningkatan jumlah penumpang yang signifikan setiap tahunnya. Kondisi ini berdampak langsung pada meningkatnya volume kendaraan yang masuk dan keluar kawasan stasiun. Lokasi pintu masuk dan keluar stasiun yang kurang tepat serta keterbatasan fasilitas parkir menyebabkan terjadinya kemacetan lalu lintas, terutama di Jalan Raya Purwodadi–Solo yang berada di depan stasiun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak lokasi akses stasiun terhadap kinerja lalu lintas, kapasitas parkir, dan memberikan rekomendasi penataan ulang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei volume lalu lintas, survei parkir (akumulasi, durasi, dan indeks parkir), serta analisis kapasitas dan kinerja jalan
berdasarkan pedoman PKJI 2014. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa indeks parkir sepeda motor sebesar 0,789 dan mobil sebesar 0,609. Selain itu, derajat kejenuhan pada jam puncak mencapai 0,38. Keberadaan kendaraan yang parkir di bahu jalan semakin memperparah kondisi lalu lintas. Diperlukan reposisi pintu masuk dan keluar stasiun, penambahan lahan parkir off-street, serta pengelolaan arus kendaraan yang lebih efisien agar tidak
mengganggu arus lalu lintas utama. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam perencanaan transportasi kawasan stasiun secara terpadu.

ABSTRACT

Ngrombo Station, located in Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency, has experienced a significant increase in passenger numbers each year. This condition has directly led to a rise in the volume of vehicles entering and exiting the station area. The suboptimal location of the station's entrance and exit, combined with limited parking facilities, has contributed to traffic congestion, especially on the Purwodadi–Solo Road in front of the station. This study aims to analyze the impact
of the station access location on traffic performance and parking capacity, and to provide recommendations for spatial reorganization. The methods used include traffic volume surveys, parking surveys (accumulation, duration, and parking index), and analysis of road capacity and performance based on the PKJI 2014 guidelines. The results show that the motorcycle parking index is 0.789 and the car parking index is 0.609. In addition, the peak hour degree of saturation reaches 0.38. The presence of vehicles parked on the road shoulder further exacerbates traffic conditions. Repositioning the station’s entrance and exit, providing additional off-street parking areas, and managing vehicle flows more efficiently are necessary to prevent disruption to the main traffic stream. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for integrated transportation planning in the station area.
