Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pembangunan jalan merupakan tujuan untuk memfasilitasi transportasi orang dan barang dari satu tempat ke tempat lain, meningkatkan aksesibilitas, mempercepat perjalanan, memperlancar distribusi barang dan jasa, serta meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Perencanaan desain perkerasan pada jalan sangat penting untuk menentukan hasil yang terbaik, baik dari segi ketebalan maupun dari segi biaya pengerjaannya. Untuk itu desain perkerasan dapat dilakukan dengan desain perkerasan lentur maupun perkerasan kaku. Dalam perencanaan perkerasan
lentur maupun perkerasan kaku pada Jalan Suralaya Kawasan Industri Kendal digunakan analisis dengan metode Bina Marga. Untuk desain perkerasan lentur didapatkan ketebalan desain LPA Kelas A tebal 15 cm, CTB tebal 15 cm, AC Base tebal 12,5 cm, AC – BC tebal 6 cm, dan tebal AC- WC 4 cm. Sedangkan desain perkerasan kaku didapatkan ketebalan desain LPA Kelas A tebal 15 cm, Beton Kurus tebal 10 cm, dan Beton K-350 tebal 31 cm. Untuk dimensi drainase digunakan U-Ditch 60 x 80 x 120 dan Box Culvert 80 x 80 x 120.

ABSTRACT
Road construction aims to facilitate the transportation of people and goods from one place to another, improve accessibility, speed up travel, expedite the distribution of goods and services, and increase economic growth. Pavement design planning on roads is very important to determine the best results, both in terms of thickness and in terms of construction costs. For this reason, pavement design can be done with flexible pavement design or rigid pavement. In the planning of flexible pavement and rigid pavement on Suralaya Road, Kendal Industrial Area, analysis is used with the Bina Marga method. For flexible pavement design, the design thickness of Class A LPA is 15 cm thick, CTB is 15 cm thick, AC Base is 12.5 cm thick, AC – BC is 6 cm thick, and AC-WC is 4 cm thick. While the rigid pavement design obtained the design thickness of Class A LPA is 15 cm thick, Skinny Concrete is 10 cm thick, and K-350 Concrete is 31 cm thick. For drainage dimensions, U-Ditch 60 x 80 x 120 and Box Culvert 80 x 80 x 120 are used.
