Abstract

ABSTRAK

Indonesia merupakan negara agraris yang menyebabkan sektor pertanian menjadi sektor penting dalam menunjang kebutuhan pangan. Pangan sendiri termasuk salah satu isu krusial dalam
pembangunan di tingkat nasional dan global sebab pangan merupakan hak setiap warga negara yang harus dijaga kualitas dan kuantitasnya. Ketersediaan pangan yang kurang dari kebutuhan dapat menyebabkan perekonomian yang tidak stabil dan juga dapat mengganggu ketahanan pangan nasional. Kabupaten Boyolali sendiri memiliki potensi dengan total luas lahan pertanian 22.703,65 Ha untuk dioptimalkan. Air merupakan faktor penting dalam budi daya pertanian, tanpa adanya ketersediaan air yang cukup, maka tanaman yang dibudi dayakan tidak akan tumbuh dan berproduksisecara optimal. Salah satu cara pengoptimalan hasil produksi tanaman yang dibudi dayakan adalah pendistribusian air irigasi harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan tanaman serta kondisi agroklimat tanaman yang ada. Maka dari Survei Investigasi dan Desain Optimasi Lahan Non Rawa penting untuk merencanakan langkah-langkah yang tepat untuk direalisasikan guna mendukung ketahanan pangan di negara
Indonesia. Adapun prosesnya yaitu meliputi Survei Lahan Kegiatan Optimasi Lahan Non Rawa, Investigasi Lahan Kegiatan Optimasi Lahan Non Rawa, dan Desain Kegiatan Optimasi Lahan Non
Rawa. Survei Lahan meliputi potensi sumber air, luas lahan yang direncakan, penggunaan lahan saat ini, indeks pertanaman, produktivitas dan pola tanam komoditas. Investigasi meliputi hasil analisa ketersediaan air dan kebutuhan air, kepastian status lahan clear and clean, dan hasil analisa penentuan jenis kegiatan pengembangan infrastuktur. Desain meliputi peta situasi per lokasikegiatan, pembuatan peta polygon per lokasi kegiatan, peta rencana pengembangan infrastuktur, pembuatan gambar desain infrastruktur yang akan dibangun, dan rencana anggaran biaya.

ABSTRACT

Indonesia is an agrarian country, which makes the agricultural sector an important sector in supporting food needs. Food itself is one of the crucial issues in development at the national and global levels because food is the right of every citizen who must be maintained in quality and quantity. Food availability that is less than the needs can cause an unstable economy and can also disrupt national food security. Boyolali Regency itself has the potential with a total agricultural land
area of 22,703.65 Ha to be optimised. Water is an important factor in agricultural cultivation, without the availability of sufficient water, the cultivated plants will not grow and produce optimally. One way to optimise the production of cultivated plants is that the distribution of irrigation water
must be adjusted to the needs of plants and the agroclimatic conditions of existing plants. So from the Investigation Survey and Design of Non-Swamp Land Optimisation it is important to plan the right steps to be realised to support food security in the country of Indonesia. The process includes Land Survey of Non-Swamp Land Optimisation Activities, Land Investigation of Non-Swamp Land Optimisation Activities, and Design of Non-Swamp Land Optimisation Activities. The Land Survey includes potential water sources, planned land area, current land use, cropping index, productivity and commodity planting patterns. Investigation includes the results of the analysis of water availability and water needs, the certainty of clear and clean land status, and the results of the analysis of determining the type of infrastructure development activities. Design includes situation map per activity location, polygon map per activity location, infrastructure development plan map, design drawing of infrastructure to be built, and cost budget plan.
