Abstract

ABSTRAK

Jalan Raya Kalioso berada di Kecamatan Nogosari Kabupaten Boyolali, merupakan salah satu jalan utama yang menghubungkan beberapa desa di Kecamatan tersebut dan juga merupakan jalan utama di Kota Boyolali ,sehinga arus lalu lintas di jalan
ini padat dan jalan ini juga berpotongan dengan jalan kereta api . hal ini menambah antrian kendaraan terutama pada jam sibuk. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan survey untuk mendapatkan data primer. Setelah itu, data dianalisis berdasarkan MKJI (Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997). Dari hasil survey jalan Raya Kalioso memiliki volume pada jam puncak pagi sebesar 2120,2 smp/jam, pada jam puncak siang sebesar 1903,6 smp/jam, pada jam puncak sore sebesar 2215,1 smp/jam. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan kapasitas jalan diperoleh jumlah kapasitas maksimum sebesar 2710,92 smp/jam. Terjadinya kecepatan di jalan Raya Kalioso, penurunan kecepatan adalah sebesar 12,14 %, dari kecepatan arus rencana (FV= 36,9 km/jam <FVo = 42 km/jam). Penilaian kinerja di jalan Raya Kalioso saat ini kurang mampu melayani volume yang dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan derajat kejenuhan (Degrre of Saturation) yaitu sebesar 0,78 pada jam puncak pagi, 0,70 pada jam puncak siang, 0,81 pada jam puncak sore, sedangkan batas maksimum kinerja jalan yang ideal yaitu memiliki nilai DS<0,75. Dari hasil analisis Jam Puncak Pagi diperoleh tingkat pelayanan dengan kategori D, yaitu arus mendekati tidak stabil, volume lalu lintas tinggi, kecepatan masih di tolerir namun sangat dipengaruhi oleh perubahan kondisi arus lalu lintas. Pada jam puncak siang diperoleh tingkat pelayanan dengan kategori C yang artinya arus stabil tetapi kecepatan dan pergerakan kendaraan dikendalikan oleh volume lalu lintas yang tinggi, serta Kepadatan lalu lintas meningkat dan hambatan internal meningkat pada jam puncak sore diperoleh tingkat pelayanan dengan kategori nilai D, yaitu Arus mendekati tidak stabil, volume lalu lintas tinggi, kecepatan masih di tolerir namun sangat dipengaruhi oleh perubahan kondisi arus lalu lintas.

ABSTRACT

Kalioso Highway is located in Nogosari District, Boyolali Regency, is one of the main roads that connects several villages in the District and is also the main road in Boyolali City, so that the traffic flow on this road is dense and this road also intersects with the railway. This adds to the queue of vehicles, especially during rush hour. The research method was carried out by survey to obtain primary data. After that, the data was analyzed based on MKJI (Indonesian Road Capacity
Manual 1997). From the survey results, Kalioso Highway has a volume during the morning peak hour of 2120.2 smp/hour, during the afternoon peak hour of 1903.6 smp/hour, during the afternoon peak hour of 2215.1 smp/hour. While the results of
the road capacity calculation obtained a maximum capacity of 2710.92 smp/hour. The speed on Kalioso Highway, the speed decrease was 12.14%. From the planned flow speed (FV = 36.9 km/h <Fvo = 42 km/h). The performance assessment on Kalioso Highway is currently less able to serve the volume, which is proven by the results of the calculation of the degree of saturation (Degrre of Saturation) which is 0.78 at morning peak hours, 0.70 at afternoon peak hours, 0.81 at evening peak
hours, while the ideal maximum limit of road performance is to have a DS value < 0.75. From the results of the Morning Peak Hour analysis, the service level is obtained with category D, namely the flow is approaching unstable, the traffic volume is high, the speed is still tolerable but is greatly influenced by changes in traffic flow conditions. At the afternoon peak hour, the service level is obtained with category C, which means the flow is stable but the speed and movement of vehicles are controlled by high traffic volumes, and traffic density increases and internal resistance increases. At the afternoon peak hour, the service level is obtained with category D, namely the flow is approaching unstable, the traffic volume is high, the speed is still tolerable but is greatly influenced by changes in traffic flow conditions.
