Abstract
ABSTRAK
Jalan Onggorawe merupakan jalan alternativ yang menghubungkan daerah Mranggen Demak – Sayung Demak. Jalan Onggorawe ini walaupun merupaka jalan alternative tetapi pada kenyataan
nya merupakan jalan yang paling di pilih oleh semua pengendara, termasuk kendaraan berat, hal ini disebabkan karena bajir dan rob yang sering terjadi di Jalan Raya Pantura Sayung Demak.
Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan survey untuk mendapatkan data primer. Setelah itu, data dianalisis berdasarkan MKJI (Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997 ). Dari hasil survey jalan Onggorawe memiliki volume pada jam puncak pagi sebesar 1590 smp/jam, pada jam puncak siang sebesar 1722,3 smp/jam, pada jam puncak sore sebesar 1825 smp/jam . Sedangkan hasil perhitungan kapasitas jalan diperoleh jumlah kapasitas maksimum sebesar 2068,86 smp/jam. Terjadinya kecepatan di jalan Onggorawe, penurunan kecepatan adalah sebesar 36,85 %, dari
kecepatan arus rencana ( FV= 31,98 km/jam <FVo = 42 km/jam ) . Penilaian kinerja di jalan Onggorawe saat ini kurang mampu melayani volume ,yang dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan
derajat kejenuhan ( Degrre of Saturation ) yaitu sebesar 0,76 pada jam puncak pagi, 0,83 pada jam puncak siang, 0,88 pada jam puncak sore, sedangkan batas maksimum kinerja jalan yang
ideal yaitu memiliki nilai DS < 0,75. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh tingkat pelayanan dengan kategori : Jam Puncak Pagi kategori D yang berarti : Kepadatan lalu lintas sedang , fluktuasi volume lalu lintas dan hambatan lalu lintas internal dan hambatan temporer dapat menyebabkan penurunan kecepatan yang besar. Pada jam puncak siang kategori D yang berarti : Kepadatan lalu lintas sedang , fluktuasi volume lalu lintas dan hambatan lalu lintas internal dan hambatan temporer dapat menyebabkan penurunan kecepatan yang besar. Sedangkan jam puncak sore kategori kategori E yang berarti Kecepatan lalu lintas sangat rendah karena hambatan interval lalu lintas tinggi, Pengemudi mulai merasakan kemacetan- kemacetan durasi pendek.

ABSTRACT
Onggorawe Road is an alternative road that connects the Mranggen Demak – Sayung Demak areas. Although Onggorawe Road is an alternative road, in reality it is the most chosen road by
all drivers, including heavy vehicles, this is due to flooding and tidal flooding that often occur on the Pantura Sayung Demak Highway. The research method was carried out by survey to obtain primary data. After that, the data was analyzed based on MKJI (Indonesian Road Capacity Manual 1997). From the survey results, Onggorawe Road has a volume during the morning peak hour of 1590 smp/hour, during the afternoon peak hour of 1722.3 smp/hour, during the afternoon peak hour of 1825 smp/hour. While the results of the road capacity calculation obtained a maximum capacity of 2068.86 smp/hour. The speed on Onggorawe Road, the speed reduction was 36.85%, from the planned flow speed (FV = 31.98 km / hour <FVo = 42 km / hour). The current
performance assessment on Onggorawe road is less able to serve the volume, which is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the degree of saturation (Degrre of Saturation) which is 0.76 at morning peak hours, 0.83 at afternoon peak hours, 0.88 at evening peak hours, while the ideal maximum limit of road performance is to have a DS value <0.75. From the analysis results obtained the level of service with the category: Morning Peak Hour category D which means: Moderate traffic density, fluctuations in traffic volume and internal traffic obstacles and temporary obstacles can cause a large decrease in speed. At afternoon peak hours category D which means: Moderate traffic density, fluctuations in traffic volume and internal traffic obstacles and temporary obstacles can cause a large decrease in speed. While the afternoon peak hour
category E which means Traffic speed is very low due to high traffic interval obstacles, Drivers begin to feel short duration congestion.
